Instruction for Use

Use on Wheelchair
1.Attach the two short belts to lower buckles of vest before putting on.
2.Grape the unattached end of two belts, pass through the gap of wheelchair backrest.
3.Cross the belts on backrest, attach the belts to buckles on shoulders .
4.Adjust the length of belts fit on chair.

Use on Bed
1.Place the two longer belts through under the bed.
2.Put the vest on patients chest. Buckle up the corresponding four buckles from two side of bed.
3.Adjust the tightness by the adjustable buckles under the bed.
4.Restraints upper body and control rolling on bed.
