General Directions: For daily use: Take 1 tsp of Tikta Ghrita each morning on an empty stomach. Add this to a half cup of warm water and stir until thoroughly melted. Wait 30 minutes before eating. To aid in a cleansing therapy: Each individual is different and therefore will have different needs for their cleansing program. As a general guideline, Tikta Ghrita can be taken as 1 Tbsp each morning, up to 7 days before the cleanse and each day of the cleanse. Add this to a half cup of warm water and stir until thoroughly melted. Wait 30 minutes before eating.
