• The Wright Stuff RiJe Dysphagia Cup is a drinking aid for people with swallowing disorders or restricted head and neck movement. This adapted drinking cup accurately dispenses as little as 3cc up to 15cc of liquid each time it stands in the upright position.
• After the portion is withdrawn and the RiJe cup put upright, it delivers another portion within 2- 3 seconds. This delay helps create the natural pause between swallows needed for people with swallowing difficulties to swallow safely.
• The Wright Stuff RiJe Cup can be used with both hot and cold thin liquids, and nectar thickened liquids (Slightly Thick and Mildly Thick , IDDSI Levels 0, 1, 2). The cup is not suitable for use with honey thick (moderately thick, IDDSI Level 3) and carbonated liquids.

The adjustment to the quantity of liquid that the RiJe Cup dispenses is helpful for people who improve their swallowing from very small to larger volumes of liquid. The adjustment is accomplished using a key that is provided. The Wright Stuff RiJe cup allows the user to drink straight from the cup or use a straw. The volume of liquid available to the user is still controlled even when drinking through a straw. The Wright Stuff RiJe Cup can be used with both hot and cold thin liquids, and nectar thickened liquids (Slightly Thick and Mildly Thick , IDDSI Levels 0, 1, 2). The cup is not suitable for use with honey thick (moderately thick, IDDSI Level 3) and carbonated liquids. Clean the cup by washing in a dishwasher or by hand. The cup has two sturdy ergonomically designed handles that are easy to grip. The RiJe Dysphagia Cup is made of BPA free polypropylene, and the O-rings are made of food grade silicon. The cup measures 7 inches high, 4.25 inches in diameter, and the handle grips measure 4 inches long, 1.5 inches wide.
