The Relaxus hot & cold soft gel pack was designed to be easy to use for hot or cold applications. Just follow the simple instructions to instant soothing and pain relief! Instructions: Hot: microwave in 15 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Cold: store in freezer for a minimum of one hour. To clean: wipe surface with cold water and mild soap. Caution: Do not over heat gel pack. If the pack is too hot, set aside and allow it to cool before applying to skin. Never apply hot or cold pack to irritated or damaged skin. If you feel discomfort or pain, discontinue use immediately. If you have concerns regarding your health, please consult your physician before use.
