A colorful fruit and rooibos blend perfect both iced and hot. Ingredients: Elderberries, Blueberries, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Apples, Malva, Cornflowers, Flavoring. Steep 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz cup of hot water (212 degrees) for 5 minutes. This is a loose leaf tea blend. You will need a steeper, tea ball or fold-over tea bag to prepare this tea.
