Nature's Original Wheat. Einkorn is the only grain that has never been hybridized. It has the simplest genetics of any grain today. Whenever a plant is crossed it picks up the genes or parents of the plants from which it was crossed. Einkorn is a diploid farro, meaning it has only two parent sets of chromosomes while all other grains have four or more, modern wheat has six! Are you intolerant of conventional wheat products?
