Les Mouettes d'Arvor Sardines in Olive Oil and Chili have been prepared by Jacques Gonidec in Concarneau in the same fashion for two generations. Small "shore boats" travel along the southern coast of Brittany using only sustainable fishing practices. The sardines are preserved in excellent quality olive oil that helps to soften and dissolve the bones allowing the entire fish to be eaten and enjoyed. They are packaged in an easy to open flip-top can with a long shelf life. They are all natural and rich in Omega 3. The only ingredients are sardines, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
