In Iceland, black salty licorice and milk chocolate is the most common candy combination. We wanted to capture that flavour and texture in a chocolate bar. Our Lakkrs bar includes Persian licorice root powder and caramelised white chocolate and is finished off with licorice salt from Saltverk. Taste Notes: creamy caramelised chocolate spiced with raw Persian licorice and finished with sprinkles of sea salt, harvested from the Westfjords of Iceland by Saltverk.
